Is the ballet appropriate for children?
Children are welcome to attend Texas Ballet Theater performances as long as they are not disruptive to other patrons.  It has been our experience that children most enjoy the ballet at age 5 and up.  Please understand that theater policy dictates that every person attending a performance must have a ticket, including all children and "babies in arms".  Texas Ballet Theater and the house management staff reserves the right to remove any disruptive patron(s) from the performance.

Do you offer discounted tickets for students or children?
Texas Ballet Theater does not offer a child discount for tickets. However, students may purchase one student ticket per valid student ID in person at the box office beginning one hour prior to the performance, subject to availability (seating for Student Rush Tickets is not guaranteed).  Student pricing for Orchestra level seating is $20 per ticket.  All other sections are $10 per ticket.  Students will receive best available seats at the time of their purchase.  The discount does not apply to seating in Corps Circle Orchestra or the Box Tier.  Students must be currently enrolled in school and provide a valid student identification card.  Limit one student rush ticket per valid student ID.

What time does the venue and box office open?
