Texas Ballet Theater continues to evolve through its rich and dynamic history. In the half century since its conception, Texas Ballet Theater has grown from a small civic organization to a world class professional ballet company. In the past twenty years, Texas Ballet Theater has expanded its budget from $1.4 million to more than $6.5 million and has added over fifty works to its repertoire. This season, as the second largest professional ballet company in Texas, Texas Ballet Theater will employ nearly forty professional dancers, will produce over fifty performances in North Texas, and will perform for well over 100,000 people, as it continues to provide world class ballet to its audiences.
As the premier resident professional classical ballet company of the region, Texas Ballet Theater brings unprecedented talent, beauty and artistic expression, as well as the highest levels of dance education and training to North Texas and surrounding areas.
