Ticketing Policies

General Information
All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds.  All tickets are revocable at any time for any reason.  The resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a price higher than that appearing on the face of the ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.  The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the performance, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequently to, the actual performance.  Tickets are purchased at risk in case of inclement weather.  There are no refunds for inclement weather issues.  All tickets must be paid-in-full before they will be distributed to the patron.  This policy is applicable to all patrons, VIPs, Texas Ballet Theater administrative and artist staff, dancers, board members, corporations and groups.

 
Online Ticketing
Tickets are available for purchase online at the Texas Ballet Theater website.  Please visit the “Season Schedule” page or the appropriate performance page and click the “Purchase Tickets” button.  Then, follow the instructions provided.  The website contains information about our performance venues, seating maps and specific performance information.  Please call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge at toll-free 877.828.9200 for additional assistance.


Purchase by Phone
Please call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll-free at 877.828.9200 to purchase tickets or for more information about our upcoming performances, ticketing policies, exchanges, etc.  Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


Walk-Up Purchase
Tickets may be purchased in person at Texas Ballet Theater Administrative Offices, located at 1540 Mall Circle, Fort Worth, TX, 76116.  Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Please call us toll free at 877.828.9200 for directions.  Tickets may also be purchased in person at the box office beginning approximately one hour prior to the scheduled performance time.

 

Discounts for Groups 10+
Please call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll-free at 877.828.9200 for more information on our group and corporate discount programs.

 

Student Rush Tickets
Students may purchase one student ticket per valid student ID in person at the box office beginning one hour prior to the performance, subject to availability (seating for Student Rush Tickets is not guaranteed).  Student pricing for Orchestra level seating is $20 per ticket.  All other sections are $10 per ticket.  Students will receive best available seats at the time of their purchase.  The discount does not apply to seating in Corps Circle Orchestra or the Box Tier.  Students must be currently enrolled in school and provide a valid student identification card.  Limit one student rush ticket per valid student ID.

 

Ticket Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged after your originally scheduled performance has passed.  Season Subscribers receive free ticket exchanges through the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge.  All other patrons are charged $10 per ticket.  Please contact the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge at least 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled performance (date printed on the tickets).  All exchanges are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange.  Tickets may only be exchanged for an alternate performance time of the same production.  We regret we cannot issue a refund if you exchange to a lower-priced performance or seating location.  If you exchange to a higher-priced performance or seating location, you will be charged the difference.

 

To Exchange by Phone
Please call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll free at 877.828.9200 to exchange tickets by phone. After speaking with a ballet representative, you must fax or mail your original tickets to complete the exchange process.  Your exchanged tickets will be mailed or held at will call.

 

To Exchange by Fax
Please cut your tickets in half lengthwise and fax a copy to Texas Ballet Theater at 817-763-0624. Please include your name, daytime phone number, and the new date of the performance you would like to attend. Your exchanged tickets will be mailed or held at will call.

 

To Exchange by Mail
Please mail your original tickets along with your name, daytime phone number, and the new date of the performance you would like to attend to the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge at 1540 Mall Circle, Fort Worth, TX, 76116.  Your exchanged tickets will be mailed or held at will call.

 

To Exchange in Person
Please bring your original tickets to the Texas Ballet Theater Administrative Offices, located at 1540 Mall Circle, Fort Worth, TX, 76116.  Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Please call toll-free 877.828.9200 for directions.

 

If you are unable to use your tickets
All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds.  In the event you are unable to use your tickets, you can either exchange into another performance or donate your tickets back to Texas Ballet Theater as a tax-deductible contribution.

 

Ticket Donations
If you are unable to attend a performance or would like to make a charitable contribution to Texas Ballet Theater, you have the option of donating your tickets.  Simply contact the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll-free at 877.828.9200 at least 48 hours prior to the performance date to convert your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible contribution.  You will receive a gift receipt in the mail approximately 10 business days following the performance.

 

Lost Tickets
In the event of lost or misplaced tickets, don’t worry, you will still see the performance.  Call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll-free at 877.828.9200 to have your tickets reprinted. If you are a member of a group reservation, you will need to provide your seating location (section, row, seat number).

 

Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated at the earliest appropriate pause or during intermission. Closed circuit television monitors are provided in the lobby until you are able to be admitted into the theater.  Please check the date and time on your tickets prior to the show and allow ample time for traffic, parking, weather and any possible delays.  Please visit the restrooms before the performance begins and/or at intermission.  In the event that you must leave your seat, you will not be re-seated until the next appropriate break in the performance.

 

In case of inclement weather
Tickets are purchased at risk in case of inclement weather.  There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets due to inclement weather after the performance has taken place.

  

If you require special seating or other assistance
Please call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll-free 877.828.9200 at least 48 hours prior to the performance for assistance, including information about a particular performance venue. Both the Bass Performance Hall and the Winspear Opera House are ADA compliant.  Wheelchair and other related disability assistance is provided by the venue.

 

If you have not received your tickets
If you requested that your tickets be mailed and you have not received them within 5 business days of your purchase, please call the Texas Ballet Theater Concierge toll-free at 877.828.9200 and a representative will help you make alternate arrangements.
