Rental costs will include: • Rental Fee • Damage Deposit - refundable when no damage occurs • Costume Cleaning Fee - applicable to costumes only • Loading Fees - the expense of handling the rental items to and from storage • Insurance Certificate Specifications - cost determined by renter • Transportation Requirements - cost determined by renter Rental agreements for larger productions will involve costs of sending a technical representative and/or a wardrobe supervisor to oversee the load-in and load-out of the production.
